The
first Amazing Sandwich Deli Restaurant opened near the Thai Airways office in
Chiang Mai's Old City over
11 years ago in 1998. The current location, not too far away but easier to find
(almost opposite the Central Shopping Centre), opened in 2004 and is still
the only sandwich specialist in Chiang Mai (if not the whole of
Thailand!), where tourists and local residents alike are literally spoilt for choice
of fillings!
As far as we know, no one offers a greater variety of sandwich and salad ingredients from traditional favourites to the more exotic. "Amazingly", you can choose from 14 meats including Roast beef, Pastrami, Salami, Parma ham, smoked chicken and turkey breast, 8 types of cheese, 10 vegetables, 8 dressings & sauces and 6 herbs & spices and pack them into one of several breads and rolls.

Create your own amazing
sandwich using our special order form, first selecting your bread:
white or whole-wheat sliced, oven-hot baguette, a sub or whole-wheat bun.
Fillings are divided into fives sections and selections from all of them are included in the price between 80 and 120 baht. A few meats cost 5 to 15 baht extra per portion. There are about 34 Thai baht to 1 US $ (56 = £1 and 48 = 1 €).
We also have some basic sliced bread sandwiches from 65 baht, great for the kids or the smaller appetite.
Salad enthusiasts can skip the bread and have a platter with our tasty potato salad instead for 125 baht.
Vegetarians and vegans may choose extra cheeses or vegetables instead of meat. Add a single or double side order of crispy fries or fried potato chips, delicious coleslaw or potato salad, baked beans or a fresh side salad.

MEAT BURGER? TRY OURS FOR SIZE!
Instead of one of our amazing sandwiches, try an "Amazing Burger". Create your own BURGER, CHEESEBURGER or DOUBLE BURGER at the Amazing Sandwich Restaurant too! Cheese burgers come at no additional cost: among all the other choices of filling, every burger can include up to 3 different kinds of cheese!
You can also choose between beef and chicken - and there are two sizes of burger: standard (already with 150 grams of meat) at 90 Baht, and our "Amazing Burger" with a full 300 grams of meat plus double portions of your chosen ingredients for only 150 Baht! You can also top your burger with crispy fried bacon if you want!

For a
change from sandwiches and burgers (perhaps on one of your return visits!), try one of our
delicious, chewy toasted bagels with cheese, vegetable or other
topping. We even have both Vegemite for you Aussies and Marmite
for other 'Brits'!
For you long-time-away-from-home travelers or local ex-pats missing home cooking, we also serve all-day breakfasts with bacon & eggs, English pork sausages, baked beans, French fries or chips, toast and marmalade.
Order muesli or a tasty fruit with yoghurt bowl. Try one of our six different National Breakfasts for only 105 Baht! Other treats include home-made Cottage Pie, Cornish Pasties, Meat Pies (pork, chicken, vegetarian) as well as Quiches, and sweets including Strawberry, Pumpkin or Apple Pie, plus many flavours of Ice Cream.

To accompany your meal, you can
order fresh-squeezed 100% pure orange juice, or you choose from more
than 20 fresh made Lassis, milkshakes or crushed ice drinks.
Tea and coffee fanatics can get a cup or mug of freshly-made filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino or a pot of Twinings tea in 4 blends, also a glass of our now famous iced English tea flavoured with lime & lemon or kiwifruit. There's also iced coffee, canned fruit juices, plus all the popular sodas: Schweppes, Coke, Diet, Sprite, Pepsi etc.
Cold beer including Singha, Chang, (strong Thai lager) and Heineken.
NO TRIP TO CHIANG MAI IS COMPLETE WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE VISIT TO THE AMAZING
